Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Ktizo Labs. By downloading or using Hidden Catch, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Hidden Catch does
Hidden Catch uses artificial intelligence to analyze text from contracts and create plain-English reports. A report may include an overall verdict, important clauses, direct quotes, key dates, and money-related terms.
You can photograph or upload contract pages. A full document may include up to 60 photos. You can also ask follow-up questions through Ask Hidden Catch and view past scans stored on your device.
Information only
Hidden Catch provides automated document summaries for general information only. It does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.
AI can make mistakes, miss context, or misunderstand a clause. You are responsible for your own decisions. Verify important terms in the original document and speak with a qualified professional when needed.
Your license to use the app
Hidden Catch is licensed, not sold. Ktizo Labs gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by Apple’s usage rules.
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement is incorporated into these terms. It applies to your use of Hidden Catch unless these terms give you additional rights.
Acceptable use
You may only scan or upload documents that you have the right to process. You may not use Hidden Catch for unlawful activity or to violate another person’s privacy or rights.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or try to obtain the app’s source code except where the law allows it. You may not bypass scan limits, payment rules, access controls, or security measures.
You may not create fake accounts, use self-referrals, automate referrals, submit false qualifying events, or otherwise abuse the referral program.
Optional Sign in with Apple
Sign in with Apple is optional. It is used only to give the referral program a real identity. You do not need to sign in to use Hidden Catch’s core features.
You are responsible for your Apple ID and for activity connected to it. Do not allow another person to misuse your Apple ID or invite code.
Free tier
The free tier includes 3 Quick Scans per month. Full Document Scans require payment.
Pro subscriptions
Hidden Catch Pro costs $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting Hidden Catch does not cancel an active subscription.
One-time top-up packs
Hidden Catch offers one-time packs of 5, 10, 25, or 50 Regular Scans. It also offers one-time packs of 1, 3, or 5 Full Document Scans.
Top-up packs are non-recurring. They are non-refundable except when a refund is required by Apple policy or applicable law.
Scan credits
Scan credits, including referral rewards, have no cash value. They cannot be transferred. They expire only if Hidden Catch is discontinued.
Referral program
Referral rewards are promotional Regular Scans. They are free scan credits, not cash or payment for referrals.
Only one reward may be issued for each qualifying event. Completed first scans and purchases are used to grant referral rewards.
Self-referrals are not allowed. Rewards are not transferable and have no cash value. Ktizo Labs may deny or revoke rewards when there is fraud, duplicate activity, automation, an attempt to bypass scan limits, or other referral abuse.
Termination
You may stop using Hidden Catch at any time by deleting the app. This does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
Ktizo Labs may suspend access to the referral program or other services if you break these terms, abuse the referral program, bypass scan limits, or use the app unlawfully. Rights and duties that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.
No warranty
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hidden Catch is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ktizo Labs does not promise that the app or an AI report will always be accurate, complete, available, or free from errors.
Any warranty rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law still apply. The warranty terms in Apple’s Standard EULA also apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ktizo Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by using or being unable to use Hidden Catch. This includes losses caused by relying on an AI report instead of checking the original document.
Some places do not allow certain liability limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. The liability terms in Apple’s Standard EULA also apply.
Apple App Store terms
These terms are between you and Ktizo Labs, not Apple. Ktizo Labs is responsible for Hidden Catch, its content, maintenance, support, and product claims. Apple does not have to provide maintenance or support.
Ktizo Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims.
You must follow applicable third-party terms when using Hidden Catch. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
United States export controls
You may not export, re-export, or use Hidden Catch in a way that violates United States export laws. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not on a United States government restricted-party list.
Changes to these terms
Ktizo Labs may update these terms when Hidden Catch changes. We will post the updated terms at this URL and change the effective date. If you continue using the app after the new terms take effect, the updated terms will apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
